Overview:

Campaign is seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Director to lead the company’s creative and brand strategy. This individual will help build and shape our brand identity and voice. His or her creative work will directly support Campaign’s values and mission and take Campaign to award winning creative levels. We're looking for someone who has an extreme passion for the art of design, typography, and branding. Ideally, this person has worked in both brand and agencies settings on both print and digital campaigns (email, landing experiences, advertising, direct mail). We're a small team but growing fast, so we need someone that is not afraid to take initiative, leadership, and ownership.

Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communication, or related field
- 6-10 years of creative/art direction experience
- Professional-level expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Must be able to produce quality work in a fast paced atmosphere
- A deep understanding of the print process, layout, color, and typography principles
- Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhering to multiple project timelines
- An affinity for current industry developments, design trends, and technologies
- Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative, and creative problem-solving skills
- E-commerce or consumer brand experience preferred
- Have an external awareness for the similar and respected brands in the space
- Will have worked somewhere where you have pushed the boundaries creatively, but commercially understand analytics metrics

Responsibilities:
- Build, shape, and maintain the brand identity, visuals, and vision for Campaign
- Conceive of and execute communication and brand positioning strategies that entice customers
- Evaluate creative work against the brand strategy to ensure creative achieves its objectives
- Create a culture of pro-activeness and open communication to ensure brand integration across the organization
- Design and produce all brand & advertising work, both print and digital
- Maintain and follow brand standards
- Work closely with across all teams to understand needs, objectives, and direction for all creative work
- Be able to explain and present visual ideas, design rationale, and detail to team members in an effective manner
- Work within designated budgets, timelines, and branding guidelines
- Stay up to date on trends
- Participate in collaborative brainstorms, concept development, and design comps
- Become a respected brand and creative thought-leader internally and externally
