Life Skills: Goal Setting
Hello and thank you for your interest in the 10th workshop of our first ever Life Skills Series!

This class will be run by Dr. Coyte Cooper who "is an author, coach, and speaker committed to helping people pursue their highest aspirations so they can live remarkable lives."

Dr. Cooper "was an NCAA All-American and HS National Champion/World Team Member in the sport of wrestling. After finishing his college wrestling career, he transitioned into a career as a college professor, in which he established a line of research in the areas of branding and vision. He also excelled as a teacher, being named the EXSS Teacher of the Year at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill." Because of this, Dr. Cooper is unlike other professors and motivational coaches; he TRULY knows what it means to be a wrestler.
