At Bridget's Home Cleaning we consider all of our clients to be part of our family, and family deserves ONLY the best. In order to deliver the best and awesome 5 star service we will need to ask a small favor in return, and that is the adherence to several policies that will help catalyze our 5 star service. Cancellation Policy: This policy has been established to help maintain a low number of unplanned cancellations, and this would aid in helping other clients that need our services on a moments notice.
All Customers must give a 48 Hour Notice for all Cancelations from a pre-arranged scheduled time
Approval of special cleaning requests: This policy has been established to help keep the wants and needs of our family members satisfied. Here at Bridget's Home Cleaning we know that every family member has different wants and needs, especially when it comes to keeping a clean and sanitized home or office area.
All Customers must give a 48 Hour Notice for all Special Instructions on cleaning, but only if instructions are different than previously arranged instructions.
