If you are exporting your rubric score data from Canvas per the instructions below, then use Tab #2 ("Input from Canvas") of this spreadsheet and leave Tab #3 blank.

3.If you intend to input your rubric score data manually instead then use Tab #3 ("Manual input") of this spreadsheet and leave Tab #2 blank. Be sure to enter both the title (or description) and the minimum rubric score required for each rubric criterion at the top of the sheet where indicated.

Either way, view Tab #4 ("Output") to see the reportable version of your data once it's been entered. Note: if you enter student data on both tabs #2 and #3, scores will be double-counted!

5.There is no need to download or send this spreadsheet to anyone because your lead instructor and the Assessment Office already have access to it. Also, this spreadsheet saves your work automatically. That said, once you have finished entering and/or reviewing your data, you may simply close this browser tab.
