Bloomfield Student Data Software Collection Tool
The purpose of this tool is to create a database of software to ensure compliance with Public Act No. 16-189 An Act Concerning Student Data Privacy. Please complete a submission for each application that you use that stores student information or student records outside the district - definitions are provided below.

Several applications have been recorded at the district level and do not need to be submitted including Performance Plus, Go Math and Google G-Suite (formerly Google Apps). Other applications such as Scholastic products, PowerSchool, SNAP, Websmartt, and ADS are hosted by the district and are not subject to the data provisions of the law.
