What was the format of session?

"Slow-n-Steady:" I was in a SMALL GROUP setting where instructor supported me so I could ask questions and move at a slower pace.
"One and Done:" I prefer to be with an instructor who will lead me in a SMALL GROUP and move at a reasonable pace. There will be more time to practice, reference video tutorials and asked individualized questions at the end of the session in order to move at a fairly quick clip.
"Leave Me Alone" I was by MYSELF using video tutorials, access to Canvas documentation, and simply was able to mess around.
