Information and Guidlines: Application Deadline is September 4, 2017 *
The application fee is payment for a 10 x 10 area space at the festival grounds. Exhibitors and vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, generators, etc.; there is no electricity available. This application and payment does not guarantee concession space. Only applications fully completed will be considered. Applications will be screened and vendors will receive confirmation via e-mail or fax, along with the vendor package with complete festival logistics and vendor guidelines. Payment in full will be returned for applications that are denied. Payment is due with the application. Please make payable to Oakland Black Cowboy Association. (Only money order or certified check will be accepted, no exceptions.) Applicants will be screened and vendors will receive a confirmation letter no later than September 14, 2015.
