Large Programming Space Request Form
Please fill out all of the fields below with as much detail as possible. Your request will be handled in the order that it was received. Turn around time for requests is 2-3 business days. If you wish to make modifications to a request or cancel a request, please email reserve@binghamton.edu. A tentative confirmation or denial will be sent once your request has been reviewed. After you receive a tentative confirmation, you must schedule a meeting with Orrin Kenyon (okenyon@binghamton.edu), no less than 4 weeks in advance of your event date to discuss the details of the event.

The sponsoring organization(s) must adhere to all policies and procedures included in the University Rules and Expectations. The sponsoring organization(s) will be held responsible for the behavior of all people attending the event including Binghamton University faculty, staff, students, and non-university individuals. The sponsoring organization(s) may be charged for any damages and/or extra cleaning charges as needed as a result of the event. Any damages may result in a loss of facility use privileges.
