VENDOR INFORMATION:A vendor table is a unique opportunity for you to reach a diverse audience with an event, product, or message. There will be a captive audience of thousands consisting of high school students, their families and the public.
Participating as a vendor you will be provided with the following:• A skirted 8ft table with two chairs
Tables must be reserved by Friday, January 20, 2017
Fee for External Vendor Tables: $150, per tableNo Fee for Berklee Department Vendor Tables
Set Up Time: 8:00am, Saturday, February 11, 2017Strike Time: 4:00pm, Saturday, February 11, 2017
Vendor area is open from 9:00am - 4:00pm, on the third level of the Hynes Convention Center.
PROGRAM BOOK AD INFORMATION:Placing an ad in the program book is another great opportunity for you to reach a diverse audience and is the only take away from the festival.
Program book ads are due, Friday, January 13, 2017 pricing and specifications are listed below:Submit via email to firstname.lastname@example.org - A hi-res PDF or JPEG (300 dpi), black and white. Full Page: 4.5"X7.5" Half Page: 4.5"X3.7"1/4 Page or Business Card: 2.375"w x 3.875"h
