Fall 2013 Meeting Registration Form - 50th Anniversary Meeting

Thank you for registering to attend the 50th Anniversary meeting of the New England Chapter of the Music Library Association (NEMLA). The meeting will take place at the Boston Athenaeum, Boston, MA on Friday, Oct. 4, 2013. Please complete and submit this form by Friday, Sept. 27.

You may pay the registration fee on site using a credit or debit card, cash or a check. The fee is $12 for regular members, and $6 for student and retired members. Boston Athenaeum staff, honorary NEMLA members, first-time NEMLA meeting attendees and non-members who are presenting at the meeting are not obliged to pay the registration fee, but are asked to submit a registration form nevertheless. This will help to ensure that we have a nametag for you as well as adequate refreshments.

Please note that funding is regrettably not available for all first-time attendees, but we do strive to accommodate as many as we can on a first come, first served basis.

Due to space restrictions, lunch will occur off-site.
