To schedule a gallery tour or self-guided group visit, please fill out and submit the form below.

To assure that your self-guided visit or tour will be properly processed, please give at least two weeks advance notice. If you do not receive an email confirmation for your visit or tour within three business days, please contact us at sgvisits@berkeley.edu to be sure that your group has been added to the official schedule and is expected.

Guided Tours are led by UC Berkeley graduate students; availability depends on students’ schedules. Note that the maximum number for a guided tour is thirty; if there are more than thirty people in your group, please arrange to divide into groups, with a tour guide assigned to each group.

Group visits may be scheduled Wednesdays through Sundays between the hours of 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. No group visits or tours will be scheduled on Free First Thursdays to avoid overcrowding.

Admissions Rates
The reduced admission rate for group visits or tours of more than ten persons is $8 per person for adult groups and $5 per person for college groups. There is a tour fee of $45 per group of thirty.

We offer a limited number of need-based tour and admission fee scholarships for school groups and nonprofit organizations. To apply, please visit bampfa.org/tour-scholarship.

Please gather admissions and tour fee before entering the museum and pay as a single group to streamline entry.
