QT Pie: Queer & Trans Welcome Event -- Tabling and Volunteer Form
Hey y'all, I hope everyone is enjoying their summer.

QARC, GenEq and Unity House would like to invite you to be a part of our first welcome week event! Do you remember going to this, hearing about this, wishing for this? Well awesome, hopefully we can get as many organizations on campus as possible to be present here at the event!

QT Pie will take place on Thursday, September 3rd from 7-9pm in the Unit 3 All Purpose Room.

The name of the welcome event is now QT Pie - get it "cutie pie"?  Because our queer and trans communities are made up of beautiful, amazing, QT Pies!

We also need volunteers to help with running activities, setting up, cleaning up, serving pie, etc - please sign up to volunteer and encourage others to do the same!

I have photography skills and want to help take pictures!  Do you have your own camera?
I and/or my organization/department will run an activity during QT Pie! Please read all text below before replying.
Ideally, this would be some kind of activity station/carnival-like activity that people can stop by and engage for a little bit (e.g. ring toss, charicature portraits, arts and crafts, bingo), and that doesn't take up a lot of space.  We probably have space for 3-4 of these, depending on what y'all propose.  Please tell us what you'd like to do and we'll follow up with you! This means tell us about the activity, how much space you would need, if an organization is sponsoring it, etc.
I and/or my organization/department will make QT Pie buttons before the event!
Wouldn't having buttons that affirm how cute and queer we are be amazing? We would love to have these available for folks, but need you to get org members/friends to organize a button making party. All materials will be provided.
