Registration is first come, first served and will close 3/23/2014.
Parents: By completing the information below, you are giving your son/daughter permission to participate in the PWS Garden Club for the Spring 2014: Session 1. Students will be automatically placed on a waiting list for the Spring Session 2 once all 25 slots have been filled. An email confirmation with details will be sent to notify you if your child will be able to participate this Spring.
Students are expected to dress appropriately for the weather, with closed toe shoes, and bring a snack to each session.
A suggested donation of $25 (payable to PWS) is appreciated to help in sustaining the gardens and buying supplies.

*Please note that this club is beyond school hours and the Nurse is unavailable. Our standard protocol is to call 911 in case of an emergency.
