Thank you for participating in this first annual benchmark survey. This survey is designed for individuals employed by a hospital, health system or ambulatory surgery center. In appreciation of completing the survey, you will receive an e-book of the survey results. Additionally, all survey participants that are currently employed by a hospital or health system will receive a complimentary registration to Becker's Hospital Review 8th Annual Meeting. If you will not be attending, you are welcome to designate a hospital or health system employee to attend in your place.
 
To confirm validity of the survey and to send you your complimentary registration, we are collecting contact information of the participants. However, your responses will remain anonymous.
