Criminals from around the world are launching increasingly sophisticated attacks, targeting digital information, including financial information, healthcare records, and confidential business information, and disrupting government and business operations.  The relentless attacks from terrorists, hacktivists, and other cyber criminals present complex challenges for law enforcement  and federal prosecutors.  In partnership with the MS in Cybersecurity Policy & Governance Program at Boston College, our expert panelists will discuss evolving cyber threat trends, cyber crime enforcement successes, and the legal and technical challenges faced by law enforcement and victim companies as they seek to identify and hold these criminals responsible.
