Available offices range from 2-person up to 8-person and includes access to the Grow Program, which provides tailored support to help your business succeed. All offices include utilities, a mailbox, 24/7 key, and access to shared amenities, including a shared kitchen, meeting rooms, printing, coffee, and super-fast WiFi. Furniture is also available upon request and for a monthly rental fee.

The office leasing representative from our team will follow up within 48 hours with information about available offices and current pricing and to schedule a tour with you to see the space. If you need an office as soon as possible, please note that it can take up to one week to process an expedited lease.

Please Note: We have two offices that are available now or will be available soon. These offices are designed for 2-person ($800/mo) and 3-person ($900/mo) teams. Pricing includes all utilities, Wifi internet, access to common areas and meeting rooms, and small business services through the Impact Hub Grow program.
