Lift Liberia Scholars Application 2016/2017
Dear Applicant,

Thank you for your interest in Lift Liberia Scholars Program (LLS). The LLS program aims to prepare Liberian youth (ages 14-20) who have demonstrated academic prowess and service leadership abilities with the tools, resources to study abroad and return to lead change in Liberia and across Africa.

By completing this application you are taking the first step in a process that will allow us to learn more about you, your achievement and your future goals.

Prior to completing this application, we encourage you to learn as much as possible about SMART Liberia and the Lift Liberia Scholars Program. At SMART Liberia, our mission is to empower a generation that will lift Liberia into a prosperous future. Program Eligibility

To become a Lift Liberia Scholar, you must be a Liberian between the ages of 14-20.
You must be a high school graduate with a minimum GPA of 80 , and in good moral standing in your school and in your community.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: August 20, 2016 at 6:00 PM GMT.

Note*** Just in case you are selected to move to the next phase, please prepare:

* Two letters of recommendation (one from your school and the other from your community);
* A signed and sealed copy of your high school (10th through 12th grades) transcript.
