Nomination Form

The First Universalist Foundation Board is accepting nominations through January 31st from First Universalist congregants (regardless of membership status) and senior high youth in the church. One (1) person must submit a nomination backed by two (2) co-signers. Nominee organizations will then be sent our grant application and have six weeks to complete and submit it for formal consideration.

At this time, we are particularly interested in proposals that address human rights at risk. We are also interested in organizations whose leadership includes people of color, women, or other underrepresented groups.

Please note our mission and giving criteria which will heavily inform our decisions.
