Odometer Disclosure and Title Agreement
Federal and state law require that you state the mileage upon transfer of ownership. Failure to complete or providing false statement may result in fines and/or imprisonment and may make you liable for damages to your purchasers. Consignor agrees to complete a preliminary odometer statement (below) and a final odometer statement upon sale of the consigned vehicle pursuant to the terms of this agreement.

Terms of the Consignment Agreement
Selling price shall not be less than *
Commission. The Consignor agrees to pay the Consignee a fee of 10.75% of the sales price of the vehicle. When applicable: in the case that a vehicle sells for less than $9,300, the minimum consignment fee is $1,000. NOTES: some lenders Consignee originates loans for charge a funding fee. This fee is deducted from net payable proceeds to Consignor after payable commission is computed. Any unpaid Consignor approved repair/reconditioning fees are deducted from payable net proceeds to Consignor. 
Duration. The duration of this agreement shall be 90 days from the date of this agreement. This agreement automatically renews for successive 90-day periods until canceled by the Consignor or Consignee.

Consignor irrevocably appoints Consignee as Consignor's true and lawful attorney-in-fact, coupled with an interest, for the purpose of executing the certificate of title and all other documents that are necessary and proper to transfer good title to the purchaser upon the sale of the consigned motor vehicle pursuant to this Agreement. Consignee may exercise its rights under this paragraph if Consignor fails to execute such document at Consignee's location within three business days of being notified of the sale.
