May Recess Form
Congressional recess (a period when Members of Congress return to their home states and districts) is a crucial time to talk to your elected officials about the issues that matter to you. By going to a town hall, meeting, or other event, you've helped to remind Congress that the disability community is still engaged and ready to fight for our rights.

By telling us how your meeting went, you can help ASAN learn more about how Members of Congress are responding to disability issues. We're excited to learn more, and we want to thank you for your advocacy, so once you fill out this form, we will send you a neurodiversity T-shirt!

This is a short survey which should take 5-10 minutes to complete.
