ACC Fire Academy Application

To perspective students, the ACC Fire Academy application form has changed. Please answer all questions to the best of your ability. You will need the following information:
if you are a current or former ACC student your ACCEid;
if you are a Texas DSHS certified EMT or Paramedic your DSHS licensure number;
if you have graduated from another college, a copy of transcripts.
if you are a member of or affiliated with a Volunteer Fire Department in Texas, an affiliation letter from your department signed by the Fire Chief;
if you are being sponsored by a department or agency, a letter stated who is sponsoring you, the amount of the sponsorship and contact information for the person responsible.
