PLEASE NOTE:
School group tours are available on most Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays throughout the fall semester (September 15 through November 30) and the spring semester (January 15 through April 23), excluding university holidays and weekends. Please, also note that high school group tours are not available between May 1 to September 15.

Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts High School Group Tours
The Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts includes:
- ASU FIDM (Downtown Phoenix, Los Angeles)
- School of Art
- The GAME School
- School of Music, Dance and Theatre
- The Design School
- The Sidney Poitier New American Film School (Tempe/Mesa, Los Angeles)
Visiting Locations:
- Tempe Campus: Tours of the Schools of Art; Music, Dance and Theatre; The GAME School and The Design Schools’ undergraduate programs.
- Downtown Phoenix Campus: Tours of the Fashion and Popular Music programs.
- ASU MIX Center in Mesa: The Sidney Poitier Film School.

Important Notice:
- One request per High School
- Max of 30 high school students.
- One chaperon is required per 10 students.
- One location/campus per visit.
- One High School teacher/instructor must be present.

Before You Request a Visit
One Campus Location Per Visit
- Each group visit request accommodates only one campus
location. To visit multiple locations, submit separate requests for different
dates.
Submission Timeline
- Requests must be submitted at least 5 weeks in advance.
- Allow up to 15 business days for our office to respond to
your submission.
Availability
- Visits are scheduled on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
only, between 8:30 AM and 2PM.
- No visits on weekends or holidays.
- Availability is subject to campus events and staff
availability.
- Group Size and Chaperone Requirements
- Maximum of 30 high school students.
- One chaperone is required per 10 students.
- Chaperones must supervise students throughout the visit.
Meals
- Groups may bring sack lunches (our office cannot store
them).
- To purchase meals, visit Sun Devil Dining.
Confirmation Required
- Please do not finalize your plans until you receive a confirmation
from our office.
Important: Liability Waiver Required for Minors
Once your tour is confirmed, please complete this step. Participants under the age of 18 are required to submit a completed ASU Release, Indemnity & Assumption of Risk form signed by a parent or legal guardian.
School staff coordinating the visit are responsible for ensuring that all required student waivers are completed and submitted before the tour. Completed waivers must either be uploaded to this designated Dropbox folder or provided to the college representative on the day of the visit.
