Do not use quotes around play titles (They will be italicized). Do not abbreviate. Use complete sentences. Include other roles and/or activities you have done or are involved with. Be grammatically correct and check your spelling. While this is formal writing, you should try to use a conversational tone. Put a personal statement (still in 3rd person) at the end, but no silly bios.
