APEX Cares Volunteer for OCC's Shoebox Packing Party 2014

APEX Cares partnered with Operation Christmas Child (OCC) and packed many gift-filled shoe boxes last year successfully! We are committed to set a bigger goal this year to support their 21 years of mission to help impoverished kids worldwide. Come join APEX Cares with OCC on 11/15/2014 (11 a.m. - 3 p.m.) at Villa-Parke, Community Center: 363 E. Villa St., Pasadena, CA.

Operation Christmas Child is a worldwide children’s project that uses simple gift-filled shoe boxes to let impoverished boys and girls know that they are loved and not forgotten. Operation Christmas Child began in the United States in 1993 with 28,000 shoe box gifts. Since then, it has collected and hand-delivered more than 100 million shoe box gifts to needy children in more than 130 countries. Children in the snowbound Himalayas to the war town streets of Baghdad, will realize the power of a simple gift that brings joy and hope.
