1) SPACE IS LIMITED TO 12 VENDORS: PLEASE SUBMIT THIS APPLICATION BY MAY 5, 2017
Once we have received your application, we will follow up with you within 48hrs. If at that time your participation is confirmed you must submit the following in a timely manner or your participation will be denied. All vendors are required to have a tent and a table, but you are welcome to bring your own supplies. If you are bringing a tent, it must fit in the 10'x10' booth space.

---Registration Fee
$70 - registration fee only (does not include a table, tent, or chairs, only 10x10 space)
or
$200 - registration fee includes 1 x 8-foot Table, 2 x 6-foot Table, 2 x folding Chair, tent.

-- Proof of Permit from Louisville Metro Health Department. This permit must also be displayed on the day of the festival. (Further information can be found at https://louisvilleky.gov/government/health-wellness/services/food-permits-and-requirements)

We understand that the price has increased since the previous year. Unfortunately, Metro Parks can no longer provide equipment (tents, tables, chairs, etc) and, therefore, we have to go through a rental company to provide these items. We would lose a substantial amount of money if we did not raise the cost to the listed amount. Please note the tent is the bulk of the charge. If you have a tent, but not tables and chairs, the cost would be significantly lower. Please let us know what your needs are and we can work with you!

2) HOURS OF FESTIVAL OPERATION
The festival will run from 11:00 AM until 8:00 PM. We ask that all food vendors stay active from 1:00 PM until 8:00 PM. You will be required to be torn down and off the Iroquois premises by 9:00pm.
If this is not possible, special arrangements must be made with Lauren GottWorth and participation is not guaranteed. Vendors may begin set-up at 10:00 AM.
3) SELECTION PROCESS FOR FOOD VENDORS
We let in only 12 food vendors for this event, trying to make sure we strike a balance between enough variety of choices for patrons, and few enough food trucks so that all food vendors have the opportunity to make enough money for their hard work. If you know you want to vend at this event, please sign up early as this will improve your chances of being selected to participate. However, applying early does not guarantee that you will be selected to participate as we also weigh such things as seniority and type of food.
4) PAYMENT POLICY
Once we have received your application, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your participation in Americana's GlobaLou. At that time you may make your payment through https://www.eventbrite.com/e/globalou-sponsors-and-vendors-tickets-33524708305 or by check made payable to Americana World Community Center and mailed to:

5) ELECTRICITY
Electricity is extremely limited and not guaranteed.
If you require Electricity, YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN EXTENSION CORD.
If you choose to use a generator please be advised that it must be very quiet, or you must have at least 100' of extension cord so we can place your generator at a distance from neighbors and patrons.
6) AGREEMENT & LIABILITY
As a vendor, you agree not to hold Iroquois Park and Amphitheater, Americana World Community Center, anyone employed by Iroquois Park and Amphitheater, or anyone employed by Americana World Community Center responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen articles on market dates and further agree not to hold any of the aforementioned entities or persons responsible for any accidents or personal injuries, should they occur. By filling out this form you agree to all guidelines and liability policies set forth herein this document.
7) COMMUNICATION
Communication between vendors and Americana World Community Festival will be PRIMARILY THROUGH EMAIL.
Please check your email, especially the week preceding the festival.
