Evart Main Street Art Festival Artist Registration Form
Things You Need To Know
• Registration is free. We expect each artist who returns this form to be at this event rain or shine.
• The number of artist attending The Evart Main Street Art Fair will determine artist booths will be set up on the street or the sidewalks.
• Artists must supply their own tents, tables and chairs.

Set Up
• Set up time is between 8:00 am and 9:45 am
• You can park on Main Street while you are setting up your booth, but not during the event
• Please plan to park in the parking lots on Pine or River Street.
• Locations are determined on a first come first serve basis
• Stores that are open on Saturday have 1st priority in setting up in front of their building.

Clean Up
• Please do not clean up your both before 3:00
• You are responsible for removing your trash. The street cans are for pedestrian trash only.
