Grassroots Giving Request Form
All Out's Grassroots Giving program connects All Out’s global membership to LGBT+ grassroots groups around the world. Through this program, thousands of All Out members make small donations to collectively fund projects for groups working to end inequality, discrimination, and injustices against LGBT+ people, or otherwise help local LGBT+ communities.

Grassroots organizations can use this form to apply for funding ranging from US$5,000 to US$10,000 for a specific project. This program is not appropriate for requests to cover overhead or administrative costs. The funds will be raised from All Out's online membership through an email-based fundraising campaign.

We understand that not all organizations will be able to answer every question in the form or provide all the requested documentation. However, the more information you are able to provide, the easier and quicker the review process will be.

PLEASE NOTE: This form will not automatically save your answers. It may be useful to prepare your answers in a separate document and complete the application form by copying and pasting your answers in.

**Because All Out is a U.S.-registered organization, we can only remit funds to entities that are locally registered as an NGO or have a fiscal sponsor and cannot accept applications from U.S.-sanctioned countries.

Requested Documentation
Please email the following documents to grassrootsgiving@allout.org, using the email subject line "Grassroots Giving Application" and indicating the organization name in your email:

• Itemized project budget (this is required in order for the application to be considered)
• Current fiscal year budget for the organization
• Copy of a recent bank statement or bank letter
• Copy of certificate of incorporation as an NGO / CSO
