Region 3 is one of seven regional centers in the state of Indiana which are charged with the vision and mission of identifying and serving 100% of the migrant children in our regions. The MEP is designed to help migratory children, ages 3-21, overcome educational disruption, cultural and language barriers, social isolation, various health-related problems, and other factors that inhibit the ability of such children to do well in school and to prepare such children to make a successful transition to post-secondary education or employment.
