LIVE Student Organization Funding Application

The UAF LIVE (Leadership, Involvement & Volunteer Experience) Program is pleased to offer funding to Student Organizations through the community solicitation efforts of the UAF Foundation. Ideal project/event proposals are those of which serve UAF students and demonstrate a positive impact on the campus community.

Funding can be applied to any student organization event or project from Fall 2012 or Spring 2013. Funding must be used by May 10th, 2012. Due to our limited total of $2,000, the maximum amount awarded per group will be $250.

Applicants are asked to address all items listed below and to provide as much detail as appropriate to assist the LIVE Program in making its funding determinations. Please use the number and lettering format outlined below.

Student organizations which receive funding are expected to submit a report upon completion of the event/project detailing how the money was spent and summarizing the results of the event/project.

Applications are due by 5pm on Friday, April 5th.
