ASUAF Club Funding Application Fall Semester 2013

Funding applications are due Monday, October 14th by 5pm.
If you have any questions regarding your application please contact Vice-President Mike Mancill at asuaf.office@alaska.edu or stop into his office in ASUAF.

Requirements to receive funding:
1. Organization is Approved through LIVE Office
2. Updated Account Signers form on file
3. At least one member attended Officer Training

If you have any questions as to whether your club is recognized or qualifies please email Jared Conrad at fystuorg@uaf.edu or call the LIVE office at 474-1170. If you need an Account Signers form please contact Lexi Bystedt at aabystedt@alaska.edu or call 474-5755.

If your student organization is not recognized and approved your club will NOT receive funding.
