Request for Financial Assistance 2017/18
Please use this form to request financial assistance;
(i) for an educational reason such as a curriculum related trip or new uniform, if your daughter is eligible for The Pupil Premium Funding
(ii) for educational support from the AHS Hardship Fund.

If your daughter is not currently in receipt of Free School Meals (FSM) and you think you are eligible please complete section 2 by selecting "No or Not Sure" to the last question on this page; if you have previously applied but have been turned down and your circumstances have changed, please check the list of criteria in section 2 and consider re-applying.

Pupil Premium money is provided for those students who;
(a) are on FSM
(b) have been FSM at any point over the past 6 years (Ever 6)
(c) are looked after by the local authority (LAC)

There is also a smaller provision for students whose parents or parent are currently serving in the armed services to support the emotional and social well-being of these students.

Please refer to the Pupil Premium information provided under the Statutory Guidance section of the schools website for further guidance.

Students in Year 12 and 13 are not eligible for Pupil Premium but can apply for Bursary Funding by contacting Mrs Dalby.
