    注意事項 Note

    1. 本公司收到申請並核對資料完整無誤後,將寄發RMA/DOA維修編號及產品寄送規定訊息至申請人電子信箱中,請將產品依照規定寄回本公司客服維修中心。 2. 新品故障換貨,需保留貨品之完整性及所有附件,包括:購買發票或收據、外箱、保固卡、及所有原廠出貨時之配件,否則以維修服務方式處理。 3. 表格填寫不全、不清或未檢附應附發票影本,恕不受理。 4. 申請DOA服務經核可並獲得DOA編號後,我們將於五個工作天內安排物流至客戶端取回. 5. 若是有自行拆機或是人為損壞情形,恕無法適用新品故障換貨處理程序。 6. 非相關必要配件,請勿隨維修品寄回,本公司對其將不負保管與回寄之責任。 7. 本公司將依據個資法保護客戶個人資料,僅作為RMA/DOA申請書使用,非經本人同意或法律規定外,將不揭露於第三者或散佈,請放心填寫。 8. 訊動將會在五個工作天內自行負擔費用完成產品之維修或替換。但如果訊動發現送回之產品是正常的或遭到非正常使用之破壞,訊動將會對客戶發出報價及發票來收取運費及檢驗費。 9. 若於申請後14天內未收到寄回之產品,此申請單自動作廢,需重新填寫表單申請服務。 1. After receiving the application and verifying the completeness of the information, we will send the RMA / DOA maintenance number and product delivery regulations to the applicant's email address. Please send the product back to our customer service center in accordance with the regulations. 2. DoA, the need to retain the integrity of the goods and all attachments, including: purchase invoices or receipts, cartons, warranty cards, and all original accessories, or to repair service approach. 3. Incomplete, unclear or not attach the copy of the invoice, will not be accepted. 4. After the DOA service is approved and the DOA number is obtained, we will arrange for the logistics to be retrieved to the client within five working days. 5. If there is a disassemble or man-made damage, the DoA serives is not acceptable . 6 Non necessary accessories, please do not send back with the repair, we will not be responsible for its custody and return. 7. We will protect the personal data of the client according to the individual-funded law, and only use it as an RMA / DOA application. You will not be exposed to a third party or distributed. Please feel free to fill it out. 8. Actiontec will take within 14 working days at their own expense to complete the repair or replacement of the product. However, if we find that the returned product is normal/ damaged by abnormal use/ over-warranty, we will send quotation and invoice to our customer for shipping and inspection fee. 9. If the returned product is not received within 14 days after the application, the application will be automatically canceled and the application form must be re-filled.
