They are people who have put aside their political, religious, cultural and personal differences – to come together and collaborate on ways to help others. At the start they collaborated on open source 3D printable designs for hands and arms, and gifted devices they made to those who were born missing fingers or lost them due to war, disease or natural disaster. The community grew to include those using this model to address other types of problems, like vision impairment.
The e-NABLE Community is made up of teachers, students, engineers, scientists, medical professionals, tinkerers, designers, parents, children, Scout troops, artists, philanthropists, dreamers, coders, makers and everyday people who just want to make a difference and help to “Give The World A Helping Hand.”
This form is a way for you to make first contact with the e-NABLE Community and let us know how we can best assist you, how you can assist the community, or both!
Please understand that the e-NABLE Community is made up entirely of volunteers who donate their time and energy to do this work in addition to their busy daily lives. We will always do our best to help as many as we can, but please be understanding if there are communication delays.
