Our goal is to help you get the fastest answer to your question. Here's how you can find what you're looking for:

• The fastest way to find answers is to look in our Help Center. It's full of answers to frequently asked questions, and we're continuously adding and updating information.

• 	Have a great idea or suggestion? Share it or vote for it on the Product Ideas for Google Docs page.

• The next fastest way to get help is to post your question to the Help Forum. This community of users, together with a Google Guide who posts periodically, enjoys helping each other figure out the best ways to use our product.
• Need to contact our support team? We provide email support for the issues listed below. While we do read each email, we won't contact you unless we need more information (generally within three working days). The following Help Center topics will help you determine if you need to contact us:
  • Login or access issues for your documents, spreadsheets or presentations
  • Abuse issues for your documents, spreadsheets or presentations

  If your issue isn't addressed in our Help Center, learn from other users in our Help Forum or troubleshoot it.
