If you'd like to track responses on your form(s), you can add the Forms gadget to your iGoogle page.
Once you create a form, you'll receive an email; at the bottom of this email, you can choose to add this gadget to your iGoogle page. Additional forms that you create, or view or collaborate on, will be automatically added to your gadget. Forms that have been sent to you will not be shown.
