To get an RSS feed for your documents, click Settings along the top of the Docs list page, and select the RSS Feeds tab. From here, you can change and view your RSS feed settings.

If you want to view changes to an individual document, click the Share tab on the document's Edit screen, and select View RSS feed of document changes.
