Welder Training ScholarshipThe AWS Welder Training Scholarship is for students seeking welder training in a certificate program less than two years in length through a trade school, community college, or other facility providing welder training. The scholarship cannot be used towards an accociates or bachelor's degree program.

Community Leaders ScholarshipTo help students who are seeking a career in public service and who have an interest in helping others in their communities, we have created the Spencer & Associates Community Leaders Scholarship. Through this program, we provide financial assistance to college students who have demonstrated an interest in serving their communities and who are pursuing careers in criminal justice, law enforcement, or other legal fields.To apply for the Community Leaders Scholarship, a student must meet the following criteria:

Low to medium income - An applicant must be from a household with an annual family income of $100,000 or less.
Community service - An applicant must have a demonstrated interest in service to their community, with a history of volunteer work or other forms of community involvement.
Field of study - A student must be enrolled in or planning to enter a program in the fields of criminal justice or law enforcement, or they must be enrolled in or planning to attend law school.
