Configure wifi hotspot with name "attwifi" or "NZ@McD", with no password. 3. Open up StreetPass Riilay and select the BusyBox Option with MAC address of choice. Time is set to 3 min just in case. 4. Drop down taskbar and start up the wifi hotspot. 5. Enjoy getting sweet sweet StreetPasses once again. If you want to switch to a different MAC address, turn off the hotspot and then Riilay, switch MAC address then turn Riilay back on, and finally the hotspot.

15	android-wifi-tether requires a "rooted"-device and(probably) a custom-kernel which supports netfilter (iptables)!
