individuals through advocacy, education, and support. Their mission
includes promoting healthy eye care, advocating for the rights of
visually impaired individuals, sponsoring scholarships for visually
impaired students, and supporting organizations focused on vision
loss awareness and restoration. Through fundraising events and
partnerships with research organizations, they strive to break down
societal barriers and provide resources for independent and
productive living. Their ultimate goal is to create equal opportunities
for visually impaired individuals to live, learn, and work.

Eyes Like Mine is organizing an Eye Screening with Ice Cream Meetup in partnership with Edison Visionary Lion’s Club.
For eye screening, 1 ice cream cone or cup will be exchanged. Assistance is needed to help provide no-cost eye screening for
students in schools, daycares, and individuals in the communities. Volunteers must be 21 and over and will conduct non-intrusive and touchless screenings.

Assist with checking-in guests, providing raffle tickets, directing guest outside the venue building and by the Parking Deck on
Summit street and a volunteer stationed at the music and PA system.
3. Post Event Clean Up: 9:30 pm - 10:30 pm
