Navigation and resposiveness of the menus

when i minimise the different
pages,the menu appears well but
on getting to the myAccount section when the page
is minimised,this keeps disappaearing

Checked a couple of pages and
found that several pages under
system admin->advanced Admin
are not yet bootsrapped.But i also found these
pages okey:-index page,data management page,
configure metadata page,system administration.
The edit accounts page is still having disappaering
information when the browser is minimised

I have checked through a cauple of icons and
they are fine.But,when i click appointment
scheduling page,and try to minimise the browser
i get a different view of the arrangement,the old
arrangement for these icons looks to be better
even on browser minimisation.

I find the tables a bit bootsraped but dont we need
scroll bars on long tables,both vertical and
horizontal tables.
A check can be done
on the several pages that display tables
for example on the find patient page,manage Apps
page
