To attend and/or submit abstracts for Turing 2012, please complete the online form below. Information submitted through this form will be recorded in the registration database.

Note: Slots are LIMITED. The conference fee is Php1,500.00 (inclusive of lunch for both days and a conference kit).

To confirm your reserved slot, please pay the necessary conference fee at a UCPB branch (visit http://www.ucpb.com/lzBlank_Network_index.php to locate your nearest branch). Fill out a deposit slip with the following information:

∞ Account Name: "De La Salle University"
∞ Account Number: 120-114711-9
∞ Account Type: Peso savings

Then, (1) write your first, middle, and last name at the bottom part of the deposit slip; (2) specify the purpose of payment by writing "Turing 2012" under your name, and
(3) email a scanned copy of the validated deposit slip to dlsu.philosophy@gmail.com.

There will be NO REFUNDS once deposits are made. An email confirmation will be sent to you when we receive the scanned copy of your validated deposit slip.

At the conference registration area, please present the following:

∞ Printout of your email confirmation
∞ ID you registered online
∞ Validated bank deposit slip
