5/28/2013 8:31:384a-healthy-bmiHerb tea this morning. Not feeling great; something disagreed with my stomach last night. The burps taste like the grilled eggplant.

Anyway, given the excesses at the wedding on Sunday and whatever I might have eaten Monday that upset my stomach, I'm only having peppermint tea until things have calmed down in there.

I also took a packet of probiotics on Harry's suggestion.

6/4/2013 11:25:29forestpalToo early to have accomplished anything today, but have the scale verify that I'm back on the right path. It's a new scale that shows tenth of pounds, which is helpful. Instead of feeling stuck at 178, I've gone from .9 to .8 to .6 and today .2.I'm fighting my back pain to work on my patio garden. Another tomato is ripe, and I'm determined to prepare pots to plant more asparagus & artichoke. I did my ST before cardio because I tend to skip it when the plan is to do it afterwards. I did not eat the icing I made for my grandfather's cake, and I threw the leftover down the drain.
