You MUST be a UWF student to take the TEAS test at UWF. The TEAS test is a four-part assessment with subtests in Reading, Mathematics, Science, and English & Language Usage. The total testing time is 3 hours and 29 minutes, however, the appointment length is 4 hours to allow time for check-in procedures and instructions.

Step 1 - Make your payment
Prior to scheduling an appointment, you must pay the non-refundable administration fee of $40.00 to UWF by either paying online using a credit or debit card at

Please forward the receipt you received from the Cashier's Office to testing@uwf.edu. If mailing in payment, submit this form with payment to the Cashier’s Office via mail at the following address with "130117 CAS Auxiliary" indicated in the memo line of the check:

Step 2 - Schedule your exam
Once your payment is received, we will confirm your appointment for the test date and time you choose below. Email us directly if you cannot test on any of the scheduled dates and times offered below.
You must contact us at least 24 hours prior to your test to reschedule, or forfeit your test administration fee and there will be an additional $20 fee when you reschedule.
*Students with testing accommodations must submit a current letter of accommodations 5 business days before scheduled test date. The Student Accessibility Resources Office can assist you with obtaining the letter. They can be reached by email sar@uwf.edu or by phone 850.474.2387*

Step 3 - Review Instructions to set up your ATI account
Once scheduled, the testing office will email you instructions on how to create your ATI account, instructions on how to purchase the ATI Test which costs $70, instructions on how to complete a Dry Run Assessment prior to test day, and instructions for what to do on test day. You will want to complete the Dry Run Assessment 1-2 days prior to your scheduled testing date.
ATI accepts all major credit cards and debit cards. Scores will automatically be sent to UWF’s BSN program. You may order additional official score reports to be sent to other institutions for a fee of $27.00 each at any time through your ATI account. Note: Test takers must know their ATI username and password in order to access the test on test day.

Testing hours, by appointment: Monday through Friday: 8:30am or 12:30pm start times
You may retake the test multiple times (please contact your school/academic program for specific details on the number of allowed attempts per application cycle). You must inform us if this is a retake (see form below). Failure to notify us in advance may result in being denied admission to the test and forfeiture of the testing administration fee.
