Roots Farm

*Please note: this event is open to rising Kindergarten students and their families.*

Each year in June, rising kindergartners meet at Roots Farm to plant pumpkin seeds with their new classmates. In the fall, they return to the farm to help harvest the crop and learn how to make pumpkin muffins. It’s their first farm-to-fork lesson! Please arrive any time between 4 and 5:30 p.m. so that there is plenty of time to plant and enjoy a casual wander around the farm.
