Transcript Request - Alumni/Former Student

The state of Washington and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) require that Bishop Blanchet only release transcripts or educational records with the written consent of a student’s parent/guardian or the student (if over the age of 18).

There are some limited exceptions to this as outlined in the “Notice of Rights Under FERPA” document.

Please fill out the form completely or we may not be able to process your request.
This form is for alumni or former students of Bishop Blanchet. If you are not a graduate or former student of Bishop Blanchet please do not use this form.

Transcript requests usually have a 1 week turnaround, however at busy times during the school year (such as near the end of each semester) there may be a longer wait time.

Transcript requests cannot be processed during school holidays/breaks. We will be happy to process your request when school resumes.
