Allergy Questionnaire
Allergy is a common practice area and we want to consider how well trainees approach clinical problems in order to help guide the way in which we deliver allergy education.

To help understand this issue, we’d like you to complete a questionnaire, which will take about 15 minutes to complete. We want an accurate assessment of allergy knowledge, and for this reason we request that you do not look anything up while you are filling in the questions. More especially, this is not an exam and there is no pass/fail mark!

Each question has a model answer which you will be able to read at the end of the questionnaire, so it is also a good learning exercise.

We hope you find our questions and case scenarios enjoyable to fill in and useful for your learning.
