This form is to be completed for any organization wishing to hold an Event or Conference on Concordia University Irvine’s campus. This form must be completed and approved by the Assistant Director of Visit and Event Services and the Campus Facility Use Committee. All activities should abide with the university’s standards and policies as well as the mission/ purpose of the scheduling organization. Events/ Conferences are not confirmed until this entire form is completed, submitted and approved by the
Assistant Director of Visit and Event Services. You will receive an email notification of approval.
This form is for those who are wanting to host a conference or event on Concordia University Irvine's Spectrum campus who are not affiliated with the university.
