Join us for the first annual Taste of Central Utah event held at the Juab County Fairgrounds on September 27, 2024. We want to inspire those looking to get into the food industry to provide them the tools and information they need to get started and provide cutting edge information for those that are currently in the restaurant or food producer space. Our goal is to connect you with people and resources to grow your business.

1:00 pm Set-up time for food producers and visiting with business resource providers

5:00 pm Private sampling by commercial food buyers and judges

6:00 pm Food Festival and Live Music Event open to the public (plan on 300 attendees)

Food Producer Table: $40 for the first person and $10 each additional attendee. Participate in educational classes, commercial buyer's food tasting event, and food festival and live music event. Includes breakfast, lunch, and ticket to food festival.

Business Resource Provider Table: $20 per person. Table to be placed in building that is hosting educational classes and meals. Includes breakfast, lunch, and admittance to food festival.

Participant Only: $20 per person. Includes educational classes, breakfast, lunch, and admittance to food festival.

Premier Sponsor: $1000. Includes speaking time during break in educational classes, Business Resource Provider Table, logo on all marketing material, logo on table tents during breakfast, lunch, and classes, and admittance to food festival. Includes Dinner with commercial buyers Thursday Night and will be a judge for awards.

Water Bottle Sponsor: $500. Includes logo on all water bottles provided to public during Food Festival and Live Music Event (approx. 750)

Napkin Sponsor $500. Includes logo on all napkins provided during Food Festival and Live Music Event. (approx. 1000)

Breakfast and Lunch Sponsor $50. Includes logo on table tents during breakfast, lunch and educational classes

How many people will be attending? *

If you are requesting a table as a Food Producer or Business Resource Provider, please fill out the following information. Please plan on providing sample food bites for 300 people. No selling of items will be allowed. Marketing materials including flyers and business cards are allowed and encouraged.

*** PLEASE NOTE*** Food cannot be cooked inside the exhibiter building. No open flames or candles allowed. Warmers and Crock Pots are allowed. Food can be cooked outside of the building and brought inside.

Taste of Central Utah will provide a 10'x10' space. Bring anything you may need for your space (tables, chairs, decorations, signage, extensions cords, etc.)
