Notre Dame High School will be offering a series of workshops throughout the year as part of our commitment to women’s education and leadership. The program is called LEAD (Learn. Empower. Act. Discover.).

Purpose: Our focus is to support Catholic elementary schools and Catholic education with our unique resources and expertise. There is no cost for students to apply or participate. At this time, the program is limited to young women currently in the seventh grade.

Process: Students can select from a menu of workshops to fit their area of interest and emerging skill set throughout the year; typically workshops are offered on Wednesday afternoons and Saturday mornings.

Product: Qualifying students will build a leadership portfolio as part of the program and receive a certificate of completion in the spring.

Application: Please submit this completed application by Wednesday, October 6, 2021. As part of the application process, you will be asked to provide contact information for an adult mentor, coach, sponsor or teacher who recommends you for this program. Please discuss this program with this individual and include their name after you have had a conversation and they have verbally affirmed that they support your application.

Full vaccination is required for this in person opportunity. If your 7th grader is not yet 12 and cannot be vaccinated yet please contact us.
