It is important that students are treated fairly and receive prompt responses to problems and concerns. For this reason, God’s Bible School and College (GBSC) provides a grievance procedure to promote the prompt and responsible resolution of issues raised by students. This procedure may be used freely without fear of retaliation. A grievance is defined as: "An official statement of complaint over something believed to be wrong or unfair in relation to an employee's action or an Institutional policy or procedure." Completion of this form is the official start of the grievance resolution process.
